Perfect Stop After a Long Drive!

After a long day battling snow and fog, we were really surprised by the really good comfort of our stay. The crib already set up for our baby was a thoughtful touch. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast that fueled our journey. Consider bringing extra coffee, though!

Room was too, too cold, did not warm up until 2am with the heat on

Comfortable experience there. Clean and cool hotel with pleasant staff and excellent food. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Nice building and rooms with beds made.

The thick, plush towels provided were a pleasant surprise and added to the comfort of our experience.

The refrigerator in our room was not functioning at all, disappointing for our lengthy stay.

The counter person was rude and unfriendly. He tried to make me feel dumb. He talked down to my wife and I and told us what we had to do. I wanted to tell him I didn't have to do anything. I didn't have to stay there and give him my money.

i loved this perfect hotel, its favourable location and exceptionally nice staff. the place had a family atmosphere. the family room i got was included with comfortable beds and fridge/microwave, for instance. the specialties were excellent and served in the good restaurant. the whole experience was good.

Regular housekeeping could enhance the experience!!! The room decor looks outdated, and the general maintenance requires urgency!!! Noise from the nearby highway detracts from the comfort of your stay!!!

This hotel is just old and shabby, I was expecting a nice upgrade for my stay but got none, how rude. Not to mention the lobby was full of loitering folks. I almost wanted to leave a good review but , I just couldn't. So disappointing!

We had a great time during our stay! The indoor pool was a fantastic escape, especially since I sunburn easily. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside was that the noise from the freeway was a bit distracting at times.

It was just a fine choice for a swift stopover in Sweetwater with great value for the money. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety that I enjoyed. Bring your own coffee if you're a fan, as there wasn't much in the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The room wassuper clean and cozy, ideal for a family stay. I really appreciated the quality of the breakfast, especially the freshly baked pastries that everyone enjoyed!

There were four people at the front desk, one employee and three friends just talking and laughing, which delayed our check-in.
